I haven't been able to go to the chiropractor in a few months due to a change in insurance, so my wife suggested this place, and she was spot on. I didn't know what to expect since this was my first massage and I am an awkward man to begin with who doesn't particularly like touching, especially from strangers, but everyone here was professional and friendly. Couldn't have been a better experience. I will be going back to a chiropractor, but I will also be incorporating this place into my care routine as well. 10/10 - highly recommend.

I had an incredible experience with Aidan Adkins as my massage therapist. From the moment I walked in, Aidan made me feel comfortable and at ease. He has a calm, professional demeanor and truly listens to your needs. The massage itself was outstanding. Aidan has a great sense of pressure and technique, and he intuitively found and worked through the areas where I had the most tension. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients’ well-being and is passionate about what he does. I highly recommend Aidan to anyone looking for a massage therapist. I’ll definitely be booking again!

I have been going here for over a year. I have enjoyed all of my student massages, but today was the best. Stacey was phenomenal! Her ability to change pressure when needed without having to be told and she was very thorough and took her time and I didn’t feel like she was rushing through it.

Abril did an amazing job on my back, she was very professional and was very thorough. I will definitely be back.
