I don't what happened. They used to be super organized and you could refill prescriptions by text and always get someone on the phone. Now you just get sent to voicemail that instructs you to leave a message and they'll call you back the next business day. There is no way to text or email them. I have been leaving messages every other day for a week and no one has yet to return my call. My medication is overdue. Whatever they changed is not working. Please change it back!

Not a good experience. I have had so many issues and NO communication follow up despite leaving multiple messages! Then im on the phone with them and get assurance that my medication is on the way, just to be told im denied today.all last minute because no one would answer the phone or return my calls for weeks. And even when they did deliver it was a hassle to complete the order and late arrival

I am updating my previous post and now giving 4 stars. I spoke with Arlette today and she is very nice and was apologetic, letting me know that they are extremely busy with the volume of Optum's business. They are trying to hire more people to handle the number of phone calls and orders they are getting right now. She assured me that wait times will improve soon.

Optum just started using this place and it has been a horrible experience so far! A recording comes on saying to leave your info, and they will get back to you. I've been waiting for a return call for over a week; my medication is a week past due!!

Can’t get in touch with anyone. My wife has called multiple times, left messages for weeks now with no call back. Her medication will be late now because it seems like this place doesn’t exist. What other options do we got now?? Legal counsel? It’s just pretty ridicules at this point.
