It's dentist mill. They over book patients, and are understaffed. They will call you on your cellphone while you are already checked in and sitting in their waiting room to tell you that your appointment will have to be rescheduled, because they are understaffed. I personally have had multiple appointments cancelled as little as 10 minutes to an hour before the appointment time, and then had the same thing happen the day of the rescheduled appointment. They aggressively push extra services that they can charge you for. They will spend less than 5 minutes on a cleaning, and less than 90 seconds on the actual checkup. The people that work there are polite, but have to follow policies created by suits. I won't be back.

Avoid eastern dental at all costs.They are just a factory .went here after leaving another eastern dental years ago for the same reason hoping they changed. But nope even might of become worse.. You show up at 9 am for a cleaning more than a hr goes by and you still aren't seen. They are just a dental.fatory of total garbage , they do volume is all

Dr Prestup is a very experienced and caring periodontist. He did my dental implants about thirteen years ago and did exceptional work!! I recommended him to my husband, mom and several others for dental implants. I commend his work and professionalism and recommend him to anyone considering dental implants.
