Preston Road pharmacy did everything in their power to make sure I was a satisfied customer and make everything right. I feel that when a business or people are able to resolve a situation like that, that merits even more respect than when everything went perfectly in the first place, so thank you very much! 6/20/25 Edited to change my review from one star to three. The pharmacist reached out to me by phone to discuss my experience and apologize for the mistake/miscommunication that took place, which I very much appreciated. Great gift shop, but a poorly run pharmacy. They are very poor communicators . They are not proactive with refills or letting you know the status of orders. They want you to sign up for this app to do that work for them but then they rarely update the app if there’s any issue at all about a refill or a prescription in general. If you chat with them on the app, they do not respond. When you go in there are young girls who are poorly trained at the register, but they’re nice enough. One of the female pharmacist is professional and will answer questions.. The other male pharmacist is more interested in chatting with the female workers there behind the Pharmacy counter and making plans for dinner and talking about his weekend. Great service, beautiful selection of gift items and seasonal decor.

I’m surprised at some of the reviews on here. I’ve had nothing but great customer care here. I’m a healthcare professional and this is the only place I would ever consider getting a prescription filled. They employ actúal pharmacists who are right there, visible and available for questions. They ensure the highest level of care possible. Most pharmacies are run by techs who have little to no training, but Preston Road Pharmacy holds a much higher standard. If you care about your health and that of your family, you won’t have a prescription filled anywhere else. Blake is one of the employees that I interact with and he is SO helpful. He and the other staff have worked diligently to make sure I get the best savings and get any prescriptions I might need quickly.

Always a smile and greeting on the way in and out. The pharmacy staff is efficient and friendly. It’s a bit old school in that you call in your script but I find it charming even when it can take a few attempts.
