We had a great experience at Preston Ridge Pediatrics for our child’s visit. The staff was very kind, patient, and welcoming, which made a big difference for our child’s comfort. The providers took the time to listen carefully to our concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt confident about the care plan. The clinic environment is clean, organized, and very child-friendly. What we appreciated most was how gentle and attentive the team was with our child they truly understand how to work with kids and make them feel safe and supported. We are very happy with the care we received and would highly recommend Preston Ridge Pediatrics to any family looking for compassionate and professional pediatric care.

We’ve been seeing Dr McKinnon for a few years and she’s absolutely wonderful. She is so patient and interacts with our daughter in a fun, approachable way each visit. And she takes the time to explain things in a kind way that is also mindful of what our daughter may or may not understand at her age. I feel so fortunate that we found such a great doctor. We’ve also seen a couple other doctors for sick visits who have been great as are the folks at the front desk. Finally, their website is very clear about their stance and advocacy for scheduled vaccination which I really appreciate.

Dr. McKinnon is the best doctor. We don't trust anyone else caring for our three children. She has kept them healthy for 10+ years. The office is very well run, you never wait for your appt slot, and there are always last minute sick slots available.

Our family has been with Preston Ridge Pediatrics for nearly 8 years, and all three of my sons see Dr. Penny. We love this practice. The office is welcoming, appointments run on time, and we never have long waits. Dr. Penny is knowledgeable, patient, and truly caring. She takes time to listen and makes sure we feel confident about our children’s care. We’re grateful to have such a wonderful pediatrician and highly recommend this office to any parent.

We love Preston Ridge Pediatrics! We’ve been going there for 9 years now. We drive from Brookhaven and definitely don’t mind traveling that far for amazing quality care. The staff is genuinely caring and nice. Highly recommend 😊
