Prestige Urgent Care, Inc

Went there once last year the service was great but I have tried to go there 3 times so far and twice they were closed forba few days for no reason and today found out that they have changed their operating hours to close by 4... sad but im gonna have to find a new urgent care!

Absolutely horrible visit and service. I was denied using my insurance due to seeing another doctor earlier (my PCM) in the day? I have severe sciatic nerve pain and was told, no treatment and to go to the emergency room. Two doctors in one day and not one would see me! I will be filing a formal complaint with the corporate office of both of these. This is not how a 26-year veteran should be treated. I feel like I was treated like an OXY head looking for a fix.

Last year I had to navigate over a quarter million dollars worth of medical bills across nearly 100 separate insurance claims for a family member. I put hundreds of hours of my time into dozens of phone calls with billing offices and insurance representatives. It was tedious, repetitive, and time consuming, but nearly everyone involved was patient, respectful, and competent. But all of that pales in comparison to the sheer incompetence and belligerent gaslighting that I experienced today at Prestige Urgent Care. If clear, correct, non-fraudulent billing is important to you, please take your business elsewhere. I thought I was done with last year's bills, and now I have to waste more time filing another complaint with the state for fraudulent billing and for attempting to illegally withho

Went in for possibly concussion and pulled muscle . The staff was very friendly. Dr. Umoh was very polite, friendly and listened. Handled my issues ! Never once seemed he was in a hurry to rush some people out like some clinics . Will be returning. Hopefully down the rd !! lol

This was our first visit & can I say 10/10!!! The nurse at the front desk was incredible! Very thorough with asking questions about my medical history before giving me any medication. I loved how she didn’t assume that the doctor already covered those bases; she covered them for her selves and her patients as well. That’s the type of person I would want to be cared under!! I regret I didn’t get her name but she was amazing!!! I visited 1/11/25 in the morning. She gave me a shot I was so nervous but I didn’t even feel a thing! Dr. Umar was great as well he knew I wasn’t feeling well and he still managed to make me and my husband laugh and he definitely lightened the mood. And lifted up my spirits. This has to be the best experience I’ve ever had at an Urgent care. They really took good care
