truly abysmal customer service. A), their hours are inaccurate and/or constantly changing. They were recently closed for most of a week without providing advance notice. They never bother to fill my prescriptions until days later. I've had them tell me my prescriptions will be ready at a certain time, left work early to get there before they close for the weekend (currently they close at 1:30 of Friday and do not reopen until 9:30 or 10 on monday) only to then be told they cannot file it. They've given my all kinds of mixed messages about when my prescriptions will be filled and why there's a delay. They've yelled at me while also on the phone with my insurance. And I think they've charged me for bottles they've never delivered.

I liked filling my prescriptions here because it's around the corner from my house but the pharmacist that was working on Friday, January 26th at 2:30 PM has to be the most vile person I have ever spoken to. I requested to transfer a prescription to the city where I was vacationing through CVS and both CVS and I agreed that speaking to her felt like entering a new circle of Hell. She immediately started yelling at me once I spoke to her and didn't let me speak. She claimed I had only filled a prescription there once and I had no recurring prescription. She did not let me speak or explain the situation. I have two last names and she was looking under the wrong last name. I quickly corrected her and said there was no way in my life I would let someone speak to me like that. I don't even know

It's a good thing that and close to home

They need to shut this place down. I called and was told that my prescription was ready for pickup, 30 mins later I received a call saying my prescription was out of stock and would be delivered to me later by another pharmacy. The next day which was a Friday, I came at 6:20pm & they were closed but their business hours state they’re open until 7pm.
