STAY AWAY. No one should give this place any business. The worst customer service ever just like all their other reviews I literally had questions about my prescription. The manager/owner Robbey and the other male person were so rude and unprofessional. They hung up on me twice I was shocked and I called back the 3rd time a woman answered she was super pleasant and understanding I notice everyone has the same complaints about this pharmacy. They also said they would block my number since I was “ doing too much” about my respect. This is the worse place I’ve ever had to deal with never have I ever had issues with any pharmacy.

I’ve always used CVS, but my son’s new doctor sent his prescription to Prestige, so this was my first experience with this pharmacy. Unfortunately, it was not a good one. I called today to check on a prescription that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, a representative I spoke with hung up on me while I was still asking questions. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I want to note that I’ve never had an issue with any of the other staff members, but this particular interaction was unacceptable and is the reason for this negative review.

Really awful customer service. I got prescriptions from here sent to me once for free, the refills never came. I got it re-prescribed, still didn't arrive. Finally called them and the man was extremely rude and short. He told me they now cost over $100, so I guess I was just never going to find out I had to actually pay something and would have never received them. Regardless I'm not paying and going to look into it further. The man I spoke to didn't care to explain anything to me even when I asked specific questions. Don't work in customer service if you can't be decent over the phone.

I had to call my dermatologist back to request my prescription be sent to a new pharmacy. Prestige called to get my health insurance information and in the span of 5 minutes I spoke with 2 individuals with terrible attitudes. The last person slammed the phone down to hang up on me. No thanks, I'll go somewhere else.
