Always a place to be for my appointments, The Doctors and staffs are very receptive and ready to help. Nice and very clean environment

First impression: Making me concerned. This is the first time I’ve seen beauty/wellness marketing at an urgent care. In addition, no one at the urgent care knew how to spell “beauty.” And they offer “happy hour prices” like a bar. 😅 This is very concerning. Idk if they can accurately help me with my medical issues. *********upd********* Ok. The doctor was very nice. Attentive and patient. I got meds right on the spot. But I didn’t like what was playing in the room while I waited. No remote to change it neither. I did wait 2 hours before I was seen and there were only 2 other people ahead of me. Place was new and clean. Staff was actively cleaning the lobby area.

Doing this on my girlfriend’s Google. She referred me here with my issue and this is My first time here and it was a very in and out process. Ken the medical assistant was very good at doing vitals and explaining things and listening to my issue. He relayed the message to Dr. Hyak and he came in and explained everything in detail. Very knowledgeable and kind. Whole staff is really nice. Office is super clean, and made sure to listen and ask if we had any questions. I also like that I didn’t have to go to a pharmacy after to pickup my medication. It was all given to me here. They also let me know that they’re open till 11pm. Which is great for those that work late or have busy schedules with kids. Thank you again. Hoping to not come back but if we do this will be our spot we come to.

The staff is very caring, attentive, and they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Their IV therapy room is clean, relaxing, and beautifully set up, and they really take their time to make sure you get the best care. If you’re looking for quality service and a place that truly puts patients first, I highly recommend Prestige Urgent Care. Amazing experience every time! 💧✨

Amazing service. I brought my son here twice and everyone is so nice and doctor is amazing. And a major plus that I would always come back here they make it extremely easy with medicine. We walk away with medicine in hand . Love it here !
