Prestige Care Pharmacy

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a 6-pack of Nivea post-shave balm. I received 1 tube of Nivea lotion. I ordered through Prestige Care Pharmacy on Amazon. I would like to return the item sent to me for a full refund. However, Prestige says that it is not eligible for a refund. I have spent an hour on the phone and in chats trying to get this resolved with no luck. Prestige Pharmacy is a scam!

I was shocked to see the negative reviews for this wonderful pharmacy! It's quite obvious that a few people who purchased something on Amazon had a bad experience, mostly because they can't read or expect miracles, and decided it was worth their time to come here and bash a small business. As a customer of Prestige Care Pharmacy for over a decade, I can attest to the fact that they're simply fantastic! They always go out of their way to help me and personalize their service to fill my needs. And yes, I've purchased items from them through Amazon, as well, and have always had a positive experience. It's unfortunate that happy, satisfied customers generally don't take the time to leave good reviews for businesses; you usually just see reviews from the grumps that love to complain. Anyway, I

If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered a product off of Amazon and was sent the wrong product and one was leaking. I sent a message to seller and no response. Just sent another one and nothing yet. On top of that, their return policy, after reading it, says they charge a 20% restocking fee for what was their fault. I will be reporting them on Amazon if I don’t hear back from them today. I think Amazon should ban them from being a seller.update: I finally opened one of the bottles of lotion and composted it to one I already had and it is not even the same lotion. They put some cheap lotion in bottles and sent them to me. Not the same color or smell. 😡

I too placed an order through AMAZON and received the wrong product. I ordered 6 24oz. bottles of CEPACOL MOUTHWASH and received 6 11.7oz bottles of Herbal Essences Body Envy Conditioner. I SHAVED MY HEAD A WEEK AGO!!!! On the plus side I did get a prompt and full refund less than 24 hours after contacting the seller through Amazon. So with all of the negative reviews on this place, I would say to give it a pass. I'll see if I can't get the product cheap locally or through a different seller.

Dissatisfied. Purchased from this vendor through Amazon. We ordered 40 Ponaris and only received 30. The 10 they shorted us is about $140 worth of product. They claimed to have verified their inventory and refused to fix the problem.
