Prestige Cardiology Consultants: Dr. Hany Guirgis

This Dr. office is short staffed and overbooked. The wait time to get in was an hour. The lady who did my carotid scan and echocardiogram seemed really mad the day I went in and she was very short and rude, or maybe that's just her personality, not sure, but she only spent a very short time on the echocardiogram of the heart and I have had several echocardiograms in the past and she most definitely didn't take the time to capture what she should have... Dr. Guirgus is very kind, friendly and personable, however he seemed rushed to get up and run to the next patient. I don't feel as though he took the time to explain all of my test results very well. I had questions but he got up to leave without taking an extra minute to allow me to discuss my results. All of my appointments were very ru

Dr Gurgis is a good doctor he just doesn't take the time to explain things he will put in his office note that he did take the time to explain things but that's just wrong. I started getting my office note just to see what it says because I feel like he isn't telling me everything. According to his office note he isn't. I'm highly disappointed. Maybe the doctor doesn't want me to worry however that's my decision. The office staff is great. They overbook and it's terrible how long you have to wait to see this doctor.

Dr. Guirgis & his whole staff was so friendly today on my 1st apt. The Dr was so personable, thorough, & was able to connect with what I'm about to experience with his wife having went thru something similar. Gave me some great advice that really made me think about things with such a positive outlook & I've been smiling all day since my apt. Dr. Guirgus and his entire staff was absolutely amazing. They were phenomenal and quick service even with limited staff. 10+ stars for sure! He was so I'm depth and showed great empathy and compassion.
