I had the best massage here today with Stephanie. She is very attentive to clients needs and I left wishing i had booked a 90 minute massage! The space is really nice and welcoming as well.

Koichi is the best of the best. He is so knowledgable and efficient to address all areas and symptoms, all the while educating the client on why it may be happening. After one session, my chronic symptoms dissipated and I will be seeing him soon to continue my path of healing.

Great experience with Ian - I've had two massages from him at Press. He was very good with sports massage / helping to target specific issues. I came in with sharp pain in my right shoulder and he was very knowledgeable and the session helped a lot. We did some dynamic movements to address the problem areas, and he recommended some stretches at the end. I appreciate his communicative style to get the right amount of pressure and ensure a productive session!

Ian is one of the most intuitive massage therapists I’ve received treatment from. I suffer from chronic lower back pain, which Ian quickly recognized was connected to my hips. By combining assisted stretches and deep tissue work, I get lasting relief from our sessions. Excellent communication and I always walk out feeling like jello! Can’t recommend him highly enough!
