I can’t say enough great things about this Presidental veterinary Center. They are consistently thorough, detailed, and accurate in every aspect of care. The entire team provides excellent customer service and makes you feel confident and supported at every visit. Dr. Humberto is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to share educational information, explain findings clearly, and answer questions thoughtfully. You never feel rushed, and it’s clear that both the pets and their owners truly matter here. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and reliable veterinary care.

We had an excellent experience with this veterinary clinic during a very difficult time. Our bunny was suffering from fly strike, and the staff took us in immediately on a Sunday morning. They don’t charge extra weekend or emergency fees because it’s part of their normal hours, which was such a relief. The doctor and staff were compassionate, professional, and even offered to check our other bunny to make sure she was healthy. We truly appreciate their kindness, fair pricing, and convenient location. Love the staff, love the doctor, love the service—highly recommend! We had to say goodbye to our cat of 12 years, and this veterinary office assisted me after hours with incredible care and compassion. We called ahead and were guided smoothly through the process upon arrival. The veterinarian gently explained each step and was thoughtful and empathetic throughout such a painful moment. Afterward, their communication was always prompt and supportive, and they accommodated dates and times while we decided on additional cremation arrangements. Margo at reception is especially sweet and attentive. Huge thanks to the entire team for helping us and our beloved boy with so much kindness and respect.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was compassionate, calm, and highly professional. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and treated Dutchess with so much care and respect. The surgical team was incredible — efficient, knowledgeable, and reassuring during what could have been a very stressful experience. Thanks to their expertise, Dutchess came through surgery safely, and her puppies were delivered with excellent care and attention. I love this vet but I have to BRAG about their new receptionist, Margo. My goodness this woman is so amazing. Whenever she answers the phone, I feel like I’m talking to my aunt or another family member. She’s incredibly personable, never sounds overwhelmed (even though I’m sure all the phones ringing at once would make her) and patient as ever. I appreciate how quick she is to remember my face and more importantly, my dog. She’s a very calming presence to have at the office, especially if your pet is going through a surgery or something serious. She makes sure to answer all your questions regardless of when you call or text. I hope she stays forever because she’s THE BEST! 10/10 Margo!!
