They bill your insurance without your knowledge and then don’t give your medication… such a scam pharmacy… Had to call my insurance to stop them from future billing… lady was extremely rude and keep changing the talk when I had instructed for them to reverse the payment/order.

Today, we went to pick up our medication. My husband has asthma, but the woman at the front desk refused to give us our medicine and was extremely rude. Unfortunately, my husband wasn’t able to get her name. However, if you work in a place like this, kindness and compassion should be a priority and she clearly lacked both.

They treat all customers as patients. So different than other pharmacies. Very focused on doing the best for each person. Sensitive to price concerns. Speaks several language.

Got my first ever cold sore outbreak and went here to ask if they had any creams for it. Person I spoke to didn't know what a cold sore is, then she yells out, "OH HERPES!" She proceeds to find me something for CANKER sores, completely different thing. What a joke, can't handle customers professionally and is not intelligible about conditions when you work in a PHARMACY. Went to the court house pharmacy down the street and got help there. Most likely never coming here again.
