Prescription Plus

Their Google hours and sign out front should reflect the hours properly. I sent my prescription to this store because their hours showed open on July 4th. When I arrive, the doors are locked and no one was inside. The sign outside of limited hours were from weeks beforehand. I had to ask the doctor’s office to change my store to elsewhere so I could pick up the prescription the same day.

This pharmacy is the bomb it's really a gift shop old school lots of novelty gifts and the customer service is top rated. I would advise anyone who's looking for a gift especially something that's different and unique and some of them are one of a kind please come shop here a little hide away in Ashlynn New York.

Went in to receive a booster shot. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The wait wasn’t long as compared to many other places I’ve tried to go into. It looks deceiving from the outside but once inside there are many great employees who will answer your questions or concerns. I was surprised at how professional they upheld their customer service I know a lotttt of pharmacies struggle with said service but this place was an exception. Will def come back

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! AMAZING!!!!!!!!! The workers are very helpful and welcoming. Always putting their time and effort for great customer service. Helping the community with COVID tests, vaccines..etc. Yesterday, I came in for a booster shot and they were fast and attentive. This place is the best !! Don’t be fooled by the negative reviews. This place is wonderful, helpful and attentive. Will come again. Thank you workers !!

ok so number 1.. i was on the phone for about 3 minutes.. you must have the wrong person. number 2 my prescription wasn’t even for prescription plus i realized after it was for prescription center & number 3 my husband never came in there since my medication was obviously not there. i got the places mixed up but still that doesn’t give your staff the right to speak to someone like that. you must have been speaking with someone else for a half hour because it wasn’t me. you obviously Don’t know what you’re talking about. (only writing another review since i can’t reply to the other one).
