OKay you read it from Management they do offer Sr. Discounts on full price items and to boot they deliver your prescriptions. In an emergency they will deliver your medications within a few hours. HealthSmart is a family owned neighborhood Pharmacy in every aspect. I remember a few years ago when I could hardly walk from a back pain. I went to talk to the Pharmacist to see if he could recommend over-the-counter pain relievers and he did. I then very slowly went on my way when Steph, the owner's daughter, followed me out and made sure I was going to be OKay. That is truly caring for your customers. The total number of formula cans I returned today was (3) three. Additionally, (2) two of them were contaminated with metal in the formula and (1) was sold expired. The items were purchased with WIC benefits. For the replacement formula’s, I double checked the dates on the formula to prevent a reoccurrence of problems like the original formula. Consequently, the replacement formula given to me. (2) cans expired in April of 2025. A female pharmacy employee told me it was okay; you're going to use it before it expires, and I declined the offer and asked for a future date instead not so close to expiring in (1) month. I was told twice by the other female employee that perhaps you shouldn't buy it with WIC. Because I was upset at how I had been discriminated against as a WIC participant, I

I’ve been a customer of HealthSmart for decades. There are no words to describe how grateful I am to them for everything they’ve done for me over those years! I communicate mostly with Tullio and of course, Frank, who have both been my lifeline, more so than my family, over these many years. Unlike most of the so-called ‘healthcare providers’ I deal with, they; Stacey, and the newer professionals there, make me feel heard. If they can’t answer a question, they make sure someone gets in touch to get me a real answer to my questions. I couldn’t recommend a pharmacy more than HealthSmart, and if there were nominations for awards in the ‘Best Pharmacy in America’ class, they’d most certainly be my highest ranking. They certainly belong in ‘Best of Westchester, or New York’ division! Chee

Sept 2022, Ossining, NY, came here because my friend uses this pharmacy all the time and raves about how nice everyone is who works here, plus the Pharmacist Tullio G. Bruno is wonderful. I have to agree with my friend this place is wonderful. I came here for my 2nd Booster Shot only after making an appointment online. The store inside is immaculately clean, and they sell a little of everything you could use. I rather support the local community then go to the big chain store line CVS. All and all, please come here instead of the big chain stores and support this local pharmacy.
