I went to these people for a cracked tooth as a last and final review after several other dentist said it was a loss. These poeple misled me into a root canal and then half way through said "oh wait the tooth is cracked" we cant fix it. Mind you they did their own xrays and that is why I came to thm to begin with. They did say they would do me "a favor" and only bill for a partial root canal. Total fraud and insurance scammers. Go someplace else for sure.

Prescott Valley Orthodontics goes above and beyond, and then above and beyond some more. Despite not scheduling an appointment for 2 years or giving them a heads up that I moved across the country to Philadelphia , they always tried to make sure they could do everything possible to keep my teeth straight. You might think my teeth got progressively more crooked during this time. You would be correct. They invited me back to fix it at no extra charge even though I made them do twice the work and many times the effort. They are caring, thoughtful, and anyone would be better off with a little bit of what they have to offer.

The interior design of the structure is a friendly environment. Nice service as well. Also toys for the kids when they get their cleanings. 10/10
