I have to agree with others, they don't deserve 1 star. This doctor is very money hungry. She charges you for your RX but they don't tell you up front. Honestly why would I bring my son here fir and eye exam knowing I have to pay you out of pocket for his RX?. She's definitely not a people person. You bill my insurance for the visit , so why didn't you bill them for the charge of the RX.? This doctor is a participating provider with IBC/Keystone. Im definitely calling in to see is she allowed to charge any extra out of pocket expenses to their members based on her contract with them. Im filing a grievance for my son's dos because now I have to take him to get another eye exam to get a RX for his glasses. I think there's some shady stuff going on with these extra fee. I will be contacting

sent an elderly resident from a nursing home to this place after making an appointment and given them the residents insurance information. after resident arrives, they say the facility needs to pay them $250 for the visit and if insurance pays they will return the money. Very unorthodox methods and insurance fraud. Then screams in the phone, "I'm not seeing him. I have too many unpaid invoices already. How RUDE!!! they need to be reported. ZERO STARS>>>> had to push 1 to post

The exam was technically thorough and informative but was done without informing me that my Vision Benefits of America insurance wiuld cover none of the cost (and only a portion by Independence Blue Cross). My exam and lenses/ frames were free under VBA. I felt used, betrayed by Dr. Uddoh.

Very unprofessional. To sit a patient in a room for over a hour while they can hear you on a person call take u professional to a different level.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Stay away from this office and run far away as possible. The doctor is rude and the staff is incompetent. I don't even know how they are still in business.
