On my recent follow-up appointment I had the pleasure of seeing Nurse Practitioner Sarah Applegarth. Sarah was very personable and very professional in her dealings with patients. From our conversation I could tell she works very closely with Dr. Chapman and she was very knowledgeable about my medical issue which was very reassuring to my husband and myself. I appreciated the excellent care I received! Thank you Sarah!

I really appreciate Dr. Chapman. He really does rake good care of his patients He is awesome and I really thank him for his kindness, his professionalism. his great bedside manners and he makes you feel comfortable. He has great friendly staff. I couldn't ask for a better care team I give them a 5 star They all are awesome. Love yhem.

The appointment was for my parent. Dr. Chapman was great! He examined him, explained what he was doing, explained tests results clearly and talked about plan moving forward. He was one of the kindest and most polite physicians I've ever met. His staff was just as friendly and professional.

My experience with Dr. Cudnik and his team was amazing! Kathleen Sypert was his patient and I Connie Moorer am her caregiver. They were very helpful and very supportive and professional. Dr. Cudnik was very hands on with information concerning her health and what her next steps would be. I recommend this Dr and facility to anyone who is in need of vascular care.
