Premier Urgent Care

My latest visit to this clinic was a nightmare. I took a spill in a parking lot and long story short, broke my arm. Right above the wrist. Waited 45 minutes to see the doctor. After quick exam, major swelling, walked next door for xrays. No xray at premier. Went back and waited another 15 minutes in waiting room. Called back and told it was broken. Was given a kid sized brace and told to take Tylenol for pain. For a broken arm!!! Absolute nonsense. Called my pcp on my way home and he called in 10 day supply of 10/325 vicodan. If these e.r. doctors are too paranoid to prescribe effective pain meds, they should choose a different specialty. The orthopedic surgeon also agreed. The brace was doing no good because it didn't stabilize the wrist or fingers. They casted it which relieved allot of

I had an excellent experience at Premier urgent care and I’m very grateful for the care I received. I went in with significant back and leg pain and the provider took my symptoms seriously right away. She performed a thorough evaluation explained her concerns clearly and acted quickly. A stat MRI was ordered to make sure that it wasn’t something serious That would require me to go to the emergency room at the hospital. Treatment was started properly and I was given clear guidance and a referral to an orthopedic specialist for follow up care. I highly recommend Premier urgent care to anyone needing prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable medical care.

THANK YOU SHELLY! 5 - STARS!!! I called 8/13 9:37am and Shelly was so warm and welcoming! She sang the doctors' praises and provided all the information I needed to schedule. I was impressed to learn the website lists not just urgent and primary care but also massage, chiropractic, sports med, and for a four-doctor practice they still have paper charts and good ole-fashioned pen and paper lunch schedules for the doctors to meet other providers. I only spoke to Shelly for a few minutes but I could totally tell she loves her practice, and is proud of her contribution to her team.

Wonderful staff! Very friendly and helpful! We went for an immigration exam and the lady at the front desk answered all of our questions with kindness and guided us through the process. She explained what to expect next all the way through. We had to wait for a little bit but everything went smoothly, beyond expectations. It took almost two hours including blood testing. One thing to note: they don’t do vaccines at the clinic, in case you need some shots, that’s quite of an inconvenience. It would have been awesome if they have that on site! Instead, we went to the Brevard health department which is a bit cheaper without insurance. They called us a week later to pick up our paperwork! I highly recommend this location.

PA Meagan is incredible and has such great bedside manner. Would recommend her to anyone! Wait times are quick and very nice place
