Premier Plus Urgent Care

I’ve been here twice. First with strep. I don’t didn’t really pay attention to the reviews until afterwards and was surprised by all the negative ones. The staff and doctors were really nice, especially considering how foggy my brain was from the pain and I had to have some things repeated. I came back with a rash that turned out to be poison ivy. Again, everyone was super nice. The doctor was willing to answer any questions. The nurse went and talked to the doctor about a question I had that I had forgotten. I don’t know if things have changed since the negative reviews, but I could only recommend, especially for testing for illnesses like strep. They are very quick. Also appreciate they charge you right there instead of sending bills which is such a hassle for me.

I came here in 2020, and had a poor experience. The doctor was rude and very unpleasant to speak with. We visited in 2024 this year and the experience was terrible also. The staff is so rude and unkind!! The women in this office really need to have better attitudes!! The woman at the front desk was unwelcoming. No one else was there at the time we visited the second time..... I understand why this location is never busy. Their service is the worst I've seen from an urgent care in a long time. There are other urgent cares in the area who will take much better care of you, while also treating you like a human being.

Went to dr game me meds I took them got worse went back they wanted me to pay fee again in just 2 days not reccomend

I’ve visited the 134th st clinic twice, about 6 months apart. Each time I was assisted by a different group of personnel. Both times I was treated with kindness, respect & professionalism, from the front desk to the x-ray tech. ARNP’s & nurses were no exception! Everyone was just so friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. This is very rare & appreciated! I’ll share my experience with others & will use them again exclusively when needed! Thanks!

I wish I could leave a good review, as care received was great. But their third party billing company is horrendous. I have reached out multiple times to several different people and it has yet to be resolved. My insurance company has even contacted them to explain they need to make an adjustment on the allowable, and they have not. I don’t know what else to do at this point. If you go here, pay attention to your EOBs, but my suggestion would be to avoid them all together. I will update this if I ever hear back from them.
