Dr. Dais is one of the good ones! I'm a 28 year old woman and I have severe back issues, degeneration and chronic pain (pic included for context). At my first appointment, she reviewed my medical history with me in great detail and asked many clarifying questions about my pain to get a thorough understanding of everything. I'm aware that the solution to my issues is a super intense surgery, but I'm not in the position to go through with that presently as I am moving soon, so I asked Dr. Dais to focus on treatments to keep me comfortable for now. She respected this and has thrown everything at me that she can think of in hopes that it will help. Dr. Dais and her entire staff are caring and helpful in helping you to navigate lower back pain. There are several treatments available and Dr. Dais takes her time in interviewing you in developing a treatment plan. I had both a epidural steroid injection (my first) and a kyphoplasty. The epidural took time to take effect but after about 4-5 weeks, I had no pain in my lower back along with taking oral medications (no narcotics are needed). So my suggestion is to be patient after 1st epidural, it doesn't take effect right away and the literature I was given stated such. I appreciate all the care I was given with my epidural. My kyphoplasty was successful, minimal pain/discomfort after procedure. Dr. Dais and medical staff are very excellent in patient care and really take care of you

I have been attending the Maryvale office for almost a year now and needed help today. Unfortunately my office is closed so I opted to try another location (Ahwatukee) to contact my doctor and from the moment the receptionist answered the phone, I felt just as secure and tended to as I do at my home office. I cannot remember the receptionist’s name but she was so kind and cheery. I just love Premier Pain Management.
