Premier Orthopaedics in Roxborough

I had an appointment on March 2, 2026 at the Roxborough location. Unfortunately, my experience was very unprofessional and disappointing. During my visit, I observed patient information displayed openly on a computer screen in the exam room while no staff member was present. I also felt that my personal medical information was discussed in a manner that could be overheard in the hallway. As a patient, privacy and professionalism are extremely important to me, and this experience did not meet those expectations. I ultimately left feeling uncomfortable and unheard. I hope the office takes steps to improve patient privacy practices and overall communication.

Big Thanks for Dr. Horenstein and Staff. I have been suffering with hip pain for years. No other physician could identify my problem. Dr. Horenstein had X-rays taken and knew right away what my problem was. The staff was over the top helpful and even provided a wheelchair. I am forever grateful and will continue with him as my orthopedist. 😊

Dr. Low is such a great doctor. I went to 2 urgent cares before making an appointment with her. they did nothing and I soon as I saw her and explained my situation, she knew exactly what to do. Great staff as well.

Great staff, was taken back for my appointment on time. Dr Horenstein came in, talked to me, ordered x-rays, came back and talked to me again, gave me a shot and sent me on my way being told to call if I had any more pain or issues. Back in my car in 25 minutes.

Both doctors Dr Paul & Dr Low are the nicest doctors I ever meet they help me a lot please let Dr Low I got the brace for my left hand dose the Dr want to see me again let me know I received a bill for $101.51 and I’ll be bringing that bill up with me on Tuesday, but I shouldn’t have to owe anything because I have Medicaid and I did call the billing department and I gave them all the information for my Medicaid
