She is gentle in her physical manipulation while encouraging me to be aware of what my body can do now and what I will be able to do in the near future. Terrible. I had to wait over a month for an appointment. Then trying to schedule another appointment had to stand and wait for like 10 minutes for the woman to get off the phone. Then was told that I would not be seeing the same PT. I had to agree to see different therapists each time. Ethan, the gentleman I met, did not smile, make me feel comfortable, or seemed to care. He was hurrying me out so he could go to the next patient. Very unprofessional and never going back. Avoid this PT at all costs. They couldn’t even tell me the cost of the visit. Premier PT is a disgrace and I will be letting everyone I know avoid them. The only saving grace to this building is Dr. Glen Lipton and his staff. They are part of the surgery team and amazing.

Ethan is very thorough with my differences reputations and is constantly praising and complimenting me on my progress I can tell my hard work and understand his directions I am definitely getting stronger. Everyone there has a hand in my recovery and they are all helpful and easy to work with. Great team effort going on there

I’ve been attending physical therapy with Ethan and Jesse, and they are both amazing! The ladies who work alongside them are also wonderful—always supportive, attentive, and making sure every session runs smoothly. My progress after ankle surgery has been so much smoother thanks to the great care and service I’ve received from the entire PT team. Highly recommend!

Lynn and staff were wonderful. Lynn explained everything in detail while taking notes to determine what the best course of action should be to alleviate my pain. Lynn also provided instructions for home to do in conjunction with PT visits.
