The receptionists are always polite and sweet. The techs are nice as well. No complaints. I have 2 kids under treatment and their service is great!

My 9 year old gets her braces through this place and she is obsessed with them. The staff is so great with her and feed her confidence. When we leave, you would think she just had a spa day with how she flexes her new colored brackets. Back when she was eating chips and a piece of wire broke, they were able to see us the same day. They are always so patient and very informative. Their goal is to make everything fast and easy and they do just that.

The staff are very rude and pushy. They have little empathy and patience. Some even goes as far as to laugh behind their patients back when they think no one is listening. Their filing jobs are amateur at best and poorly rushed at worst. The whole place is just extremely unprofessional.

My son’s process has been pushed back by an entire year because the offices failure to reschedule!! DO NOT miss your appointment or you will not be seen until 3-4 months later!!!! I am also never invited back for his service, they tell me I have to wait in the lobby while they take him back alone. He is 11!! Be cautious!!

Excellent service from all staff. The wait time was too long. Appointment time was 4:15, arrived at 4:10. We were seen after 4:40. That’s my only concern.
