I am truly astounded by the reviews. I have always been treated respectfully at all 3 Ocala locations. Helping others is truly a lifestyle. Not everyone received the calling. Not everyone is of service to others. Please respect those who still serve, protect, heal and take care of us all. P.S be proactive in your health care. You are not the only Patient …just practice patience. The energy you give is exactly what you get!

explain to me how you’re gonna make an appointment for somebody without even talking to the patient that you’re making the appointment for you find out via text message and then got a call to find out what the appointment is for and it’s because the insurance company told you to do it OK, well it doesn’t matter who told you to do it you still need to notify the patient that you’re making an appointment for them and don’t know sounds like a bit of a scam so you can start charging people for not showing up appointments that you just make out of the blue for them. I don’t know. Sounds kind of sketch if you ask me Just sayin….

The staff seems to be somewhat uninterested in customer service to the patients. The doctors are OK. Once I was left in the exam room for over an hour. Someone came in to turn off the light and I was still there. I was told the doctor had already left. They are quite unorganized. I will be searching for another doctors office soon.

Problems between Doctor's, staff and us patients suffering. AND THIS IS THE SLOW season. I have a nice year long record of moved to an office 20 miles away, weeks of appointment waiting, doctor substitutes ( had toight to get ta fight to get seen ) Now it takes 2 weeks to read an Ultrasound I had to fight to get taken. How long do I wait for surgery?

If I could giver no stars I would. STAY AWAY. Dr. Nardella is a quack. He should not be practicing medicine. I have been with this office for just over a month and will be looking for a different primary care office.
