Premier Family Medical and Urgent Care - American Fork

My husband and I moved here from out-of-state two years ago. A friend recommended Dr. William Francis, at the Traverse Mountain location, to us. We are so glad she did! He is one of our favorite and most trusted doctors ever. He is very thorough; knowledgeable; understanding; listens; answers all our questions; and explains everything in a way we can understand. We never feel rushed. His front office staff is also friendly and helpful. We highly recommend him- you won't be sorry!!

Dr. Joshua Hardman is truly one of the best physicians I’ve ever had. He is brilliant, incredibly thorough, and brings years of experience — including serving as an Army doctor — to every appointment. Beyond his medical expertise, he is empathetic, warm, and easy to talk to. He genuinely listens and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. He remembers my entire medical history and thoughtfully incorporates it into my care, ensuring that every decision is personalized and intentional. I never feel rushed, dismissed, or overlooked. I feel supported, understood, and guided toward better health every time. Premier Family Medicine is fortunate to have him — and so are his patients.

Dr. Mower and his staff are always so knowledgeable, they take time to help you understand results. Dr. Mower even congratulated me for improving my condition and was so pleased with my improvement. That really made me feel good at the results I had made. He is an amazing Dr. at your Clinic. He and the staff make an extra effort to take care of you as a patient. In July 2025, we visited the Premier Family Medical clinic in American Fork, Utah. The building and offices are well-maintained and clean. The doctors, nurses, and other staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Michael McGrew and his medical assistant, Tammy, are both friendly and great to work with. I feel like Dr McGrew and Tammy are both competent and compassionate professionals. Premier Family Medical has been meeting my medical needs for many years now. There's a lot of space in the waiting room, there's lots of exam rooms. Dr. Josh Hardman Is my favorite doctor to see, he asked plenty of exam questions and performed professional doctor touch, And he was willing to do everything he could to get the best medicine prescribed to me. I'll definitely be returning when I'm feeling under the weather.
