I cannot say enough amazing things about this dental office! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the kindest front desk staff and such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The team runs on time, which I truly appreciate. Kelsey, my hygienist, is an absolute GEM. She is thorough, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. She explains everything she’s doing, checks in to make sure you’re comfortable, and somehow makes getting your teeth cleaned feel relaxing (which I didn’t think was possible!). You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes so much pride in her work. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I left feeling so well taken care of. This was my first visit to Premier Family Dentistry. The office staff were warm and welcoming. They explained everything they were going to do and went into detail about my X-rays and things I might expect in the future. I felt comfortable and confident with my care.

I had a dental emergency while visiting my sister. I had a crown come loose and was in extreme pain. I called multiple places and they were the first to reach out and help me. I didn’t have dental insurance but they checked me out anyways. He wrote me a prescription that helped me with my infection, and when I went to pay he refused saying, “I was a guest and that they were happy to help, and would not take any money.” I made it home pain free, and a few days later the crown came off and a dental college was able to replace it for me. Much gratitude for the doctor and staff that came in on their time off to help me. If I’m visiting again and have an issue I would not go anywhere else, and would definitely recommend them.
