Both Lisa and Mike were very professional and attentive. Hearing Life is lucky to have such great people working for them. Very positive experience, answered all my concerns, never felt rushed.

Lisa and Micheal were very welcoming. I was running a bit late , did some of the paperwork but they kept it on target. Lisa went over my history and did the necessary tests, I finished the paperwork afterwards and that made the difference in making me feel bad and rushed because I was late. Lisa was professional and knowledgeable, was able to communicate my test results in a manner I could understand. She went over my opinion, did not pressure me. I decided to purchase but wanted to talk with my husband and also pay with a credit card I have that has a good rate. They were comfortable with me calling my payment information in and did not pressure me to pay prior to leaving. Lisa followed up with me and then I called Micheal with my info. Lisa Tessier was amazing. She was extremely thorough she did not rush us. She was very knowledgeable. It was one of the best Hearing exams that my husband has ever had.
