Made my appointment online and they confirmed it the next day. Just finished up here and I’m highly satisfied with their quickness and hospitality. The inside is so cozy and the atmosphere here is so calming. Cute dog too!

I visited because they are a premium provider through my eye plan. Staff is very nice and friendly. They have a nice frame selection and staff is very helpful explaining different lens options. I did return after picking up my eyeglasses to have them tightened and somehow my lenses were damaged beyond any repair. So I had to wait for new lenses to arrive during the Memorial Day holiday. They do text you with updates and once my replacement lenses arrived, I had them adjusted and have been most happy with them.

Rude and patronizing staff. Every time I'm in there, I notice older people are treated with much more friendliness, but me asking for a note for work warranted attitude from the doctor for whatever reason-sorry my boss requires one, I guess? And that you had to type 10 whole entire words? I could've had an attitude when I ordered contacts and wasn't informed for 3 weeks the reason they weren't arriving is because they were out of stock and no one had bothered to inform me until *I* called, but I didn't. Wanted to avoid chain vision places, but it looks like that's where I'll be going. Edit: I was never informed that I needed a follow up for the SAME EXACT PRESCRIPTION I had already had before! The doctor here is kind, accommodating, and understanding. The inside of the store is very calming and beautiful. Highly recommend for all your eye care needs. I will definitely be going back. Edit/Update: I had a question regarding my visit and needed information. I called in and the staff was very helpful and got what I needed right away.

We got an appointment quickly I was able to schedule it online. We arrived 15 minutes early, and they got us right in! The doctor was nice and professional. We didn't have any issues. They had a nice selection of glasses. My daughter found a pair she absolutely loved. We will definitely go again.
