Premier Express Care

My wife and I had never been to Premier Express Care in downtown Ligonier but we couldn’t kick the nasty crud sickness that was going around. We had our Flu shots and had taken weeks worth of Day/NightQuill. So we said let’s give it a go. What a great experience from when we walked in the door until we walked out 45 minutes later. Since it was our first visit we had to register and fill out the insurance paperwork but now we are in the system. They quickly ruled out Flu & Covid as they did a test for both. They did chest X-rays and all other necessary tests and pokes and prods. We saw about 5 different specialists and results were back anlmost immediately. They wrote us scripts and called them into the GE Pharmacy only a few hundred yards away. Polite, professional, caring advise from the

I took my wife to Premier Express Care for a persistent cough, congestion and aches that had not improved in several days. The staff (Ava - Reception; Paula M. (and one other nurse whose name I didn’t get) for triage and vitals; Hannah - Nurse Practitioner for primary exam and treatment/prescription; and Sarah for imaging) was pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Hannah was thorough and phenomenal in answering all of our questions and performing an exam that isolated my wife’s issue and talked us through treatment options that were appropriate for her. We left feeling relieved that we had decided to seek treatment. We’ll certainly go back as any need arises.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and cared for. The entire visit was flawless from check in to check out. Tom, Nurse Practitioner, provided outstanding care! I’m truly thankful and would feel comfortable going back if needed.

I went here today for a couple of issues. I was having the atmosphere was super clean. The office staff are super amazing, super professional, super kind and caring as well. Definitely recommend them
