Not sure why it’s so difficult to get front desk staff that isn’t rude and unhelpful? Like , I get being busy and I know it’s hard to work with the public , but it’s like they go out of their way to be nasty

Nurse Practitioner Brittany Brown and her team have provided some of the most phenomenal care I've received. When other practitioners dismissed my concerns, she and her team provided the time and ear I needed. When I briefly left her practice after I moved to Pittsburgh, her team helped me more than the team I was being treated by when I received a false positive Hep C antibody test. It was treated like no big deal and I was an absolute mess, combing through what experiences could have exposed me (I could think of none). I called Brittany's team to review old bloodwork and things were not adding up. After the total dismissal of my concerns I switched back to BB's team (despite the long drive) and was seen, tested, then retested 6 months later to find it was a false positive. The distress o
