Premier Endocrinology - Altamonte Springs

I had a very frustrating experience trying to cancel an appointment with this office. I began calling on Friday to cancel and continued calling through Wednesday (my appointment was Thursday). The Altamonte Springs office voicemail specifically instructs patients not to leave messages and to call the main line instead, which I did repeatedly. Each time, I waited on hold for 10–15 minutes before being sent to voicemail. I left multiple messages and did not receive a callback until about 18 hours before my appointment. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told the appointment could not be canceled because it was “too close” to the appointment time—despite my repeated attempts over several days. I just called to reschedule my appointment for today. I spoke to Sherley. Very disrespectful, very not so professional. I told her I had a family emergency Shirley began to question what was my emergency. I told her my mother-in-law was admitted last night in critical condition. Shirley needs to be re-trained in learning to speak to customers/clients. Shirley learn to speak to people with respect.

I booked this appointment MONTHS ago, yet I only received the mandatory $50 pre-payment link a day before my appointment. I wasn't able to process the payment until after 5:00 so my appointment was automatically cancelled. I had to email and call to get the office to reset the payment portal which I promptly paid. I then took about 45 minutes to fill out the new patient packet via the patient portal texted to me, upload ID photos and insurance card photos front and back, list all my medications and health history, etc. only to be told by the receptionist upon arrival "oh, um, we don't have access to that, I need you to fill out all of that again by hand on these PAPER forms." UNACCEPTABLE! Also, not the trustworthy-and "-competent feel that I wanted to have as a new patient. I doubt their

I have just had my second appointment with Dr. Ntim and am very pleased that I now have him as my endocrinologist. He was recommended to me by another physician, and he has fulfilled all my expectations. Dr. Ntim has a warm, congenial manner and explains things very well. He is knowledgeable, patient, and ready to answer questions. One does not feel at all rushed in the appointment. I can heartily recommend him.

Dr. Ntim is a fantastic doctor. He spends however much time you need making sure your questions are answered and that you understand completely what the next steps for your care are. He’s caring and kind and funny, making your appointments with him less stressful and more pleasant. He’s VERY thorough in his diagnosis and treatments. The office staff are kind and responsive to your needs. They have always called me back quickly and will bug you to make your follow up appointments that we all dread. I appreciate that, especially because I am very lax with the follow ups. I feel that Dr Ntim is very knowledgeable in his field and I am thankful to have found him.
