Premier Dental

I've always had a great experience at Premier Dental. I've only ever had x-rays & cleanings done, & its always been professional and quick. The hygienist is kind & listens to my concerns, as does the doctor. The first appointment I had (new patient appointment), Dr. Kelli Salomon asked questions about me & my life, was very personable & also listened to my concerns. I've never been charged for any unnecessary procedures. The young lady at the desk has always been helpful & knowledgeable. My only complaint is that they recently changed the insurances they accept, so I can't keep going here :(

I had EXTENSIVE dental work done by Dr. Jaime Davenport and he is by far the BEST dentist I have EVER been to. The staff is so kind, respectful, courteous...etc. Just absolutely AMAZING people who love their job and it shows. They are extremely gentle when doing dental work. I hands down recommend this Dental Practice to anyone and everyone who is looking for an EXCELLENT dentist.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide a good review. The dental hygienist was fine, and the dentists are probably competent. The issue is how the practice listens to and responds to patients. It was recommended that I have a deep cleaning which would cost $1,004. While they were able to offer me a discount, the procedure was still not affordable, and I wasn't convinced it was necessary. I would have been happy to sign a refusal. I received a phone call from the dental office on the Friday before my Monday appointment and was told I could be seen for my Monday appointment, but it would be my last appointment unless I agreed to the deep cleaning. I am a health care provider and there are no issues with my health literacy and my understanding of what was said to me on the phone. I repeated back to

I've always had an excellent experience here and i've been going for several years now. The staff are warm and welcoming and pay attention to detail. Dr. Jaime Davenport is kind friendly and skilled. The wait time, with an appointment, is minimal and the surgery premises are squeaky clean. Highly recommended.

Dentist Jamie consistently, reliably demonstrates his technical skills every time I need dental work. And he demonstrates his humanity and caring every time I come to the office to have cleanings. For example, when I'm there for work from Premier's excellent hygienists, Jamie always stops in to say hello and see how I'm feeling. Also, he has gathered the most wonderfully kind and knowledgeable staff. I and my treasured teeth always get the best and most skillful care with these hygienists. They are gentle and exceptionally thorough. They and office staff are a pleasure all the time.
