Premier Dental Center Boerne

Today was my visit and it was absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient and my hygienist was amazing! Lauren M. was the ultimate professional. She was knowledgeable and very attentive. Dr. Ryan was also very nice and friendly and very informative as to what my treatment plan would be moving forward. I am so pleased that I found such a wonderful place to receive my dental care. Thank you so much!

I have been going to the same dentist since I was 10 years old, so it was very very hard for me to have to look for a new dentist!! Dr. Hallum and his team have made the switch effortless. I have gone in several times they always explain everything in detail. I have not experienced pain one time. The girls at the front desk are always friendly and extremely helpful. I will continue to make this my dental office and I recommend this 10 out of 10.

Do not visit this office unless Brittany, the receptionist/scheduler, is terminated, or counseled by management on how to treat patients with respect and professionalism. As per previous reviews from other patients, Brittany becomes easily irate, is extremely rude, unprofessional, and hangs up the phone on you. She is a nasty person. Six months ago, she canceled my son's appointment, even though we confirmed days before that he would be there. My son received a text message from the dental office the day before his appointment, even though we had already confirmed he would be there days prior when I was at the office getting my teeth cleaned. Due to my son not confirming their text, they sent him away when he showed up for his appointment to have his teeth cleaned. My son took the day off

Watch your money here. They sent me a bill from a service two years prior(that i already paid in full). Called my insurance and insurance verified they paid them their contracted amount in full. Took screenshots of the EOB, explained everything on their messaging website. No response. Just another request for the bill. Their messaging system also conveniently deletes messages after a couple of months, both sent and received. At every service I also felt nickel and dimed without consent. I.e "you need special fluoride not covered by insurance. Going to be extra $$$. Good?" All while I'm laying in the seat with my mouth open. Not worth the headache. Good people and doctors, but some iffy billing practices.

My husband just had his first appointment with premier dental center and he was extremely impressed with the service and professionalism. He felt very comfortable. The office staff were amazing and helpful. Highly recommend this office.
