I called to let them know that I'm sick and wanted to RESCHEDULE my appointment for tomorrow morning. They said I would have to pay $50 cancellation fee. I asked if they would prefer I got them sick then? To which they said that I would have to go in and if they determine I'm sick then they won't charge me... So now I have to waste time, gas, to not be charged $50. They mentioned they've waived the fee twice before, I don't remember when, but I do believe one time was during the hurricane season 2024, literally my appointment was when the hurricanes hit. I'm very disappointed as I've been going here for about 5 years. Office manager said she can't do anything about it. TERRIBLE customer service.

My hygienist is incredibly thorough, gentle, and always takes the time to explain each step of the cleaning process, which really puts me at ease. Not only is my smile brighter after every visit, but I also leave feeling educated and empowered to take better care of my oral health. Carrie and Dr. PJ were very helpful and kind. Understandable on my situation and gave me next step plans. I will most definitely be returning to them soon.

First time here. Receptionist was great in assisting me. My dental hygienist was amazing. She gave me tips about brushing my little kids teeth and was very personable. Doctor was personable as well and gave great tips. Had great conversation his recommendation about toothbrush. Overall, great experience and worth booking your appointment here.

I’ve been going to the Land O’Lakes location for a few years now. Everyone is always kind, helpful & prompt. It’s easy to contact them via a phone call or text. They’re very responsive. I appreciate how gentle the hygienists are & the dentists too. They really care about their patients. They are also knowledgeable & offer excellent advice. The people here are up front about costs & work w/ insurance & payments. The office is clean, bright & comfortable. They even have complimentary coffee in the lobby.
