These ppl are lost and do not want to work ... 5 hours wait time, definitely no service with a smile.
They should’ve kept South Baltimore Pharmacy, this pharmacy is no good use AT ALL. PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT IF YOU WERE AT SOUTH BALTIMORE PHARMACY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR MEDICATION AT ALL, they took over another pharmacy just to have back orders on every “ new patient transferring “ , they do not answer the phone and if they do you are going to be on hold for 20+ minutes.
This place is NOT professional at all. They don’t even know anything when u call about your medication. I’ve been calling since Thursday or Friday only to be told the driver has been sick. I called them today (Monday) told the same thing. Therefore I went without my medicine.
First time visitor and the guy was so polite then a woman called to remind me prescriptions was ready for picked when I totally forgot I even ran out ❤️ Love them already
Horrible customer service and the worst transition from a community focused pharmacy!
