PREMIER CARE FAMILY MEDICINE

I like NP Josette and feel like she cares about her patients, but the lack of communication and lack of knowledge in the office staff needs to improve badly. I have been trying to get my lab results from almost 3 weeks ago and have called about five times. No one usually picks up, and the return call is always from someone who sounds clueless as to what I need or what to do. I just want my labs. I need to know my PTH and calcium levels to see if I have hyperparathyroidism. At this point, I'll probably just stop by the office and see if they'll hand them to me. It shouldn't be this difficult.

I have been seeing Dr. Josette now for several yrs. I transferred to here after quitting a Dr who refused to listen to some serious medical concerns and just chopped it up to poor eating regardless of how much I told her I didn’t eat the things she were accusing me of. With my first appt with Dr. Josette I was referred to every specialist I needed. They ended up finding polup in my colon and with Dr Josette blood work she was able to find abnormal thyroid readings. Even though I told the other Dr of the long thyroid history my family has she completely dismissed me. Not Dr. Josette. I now have several friends that go. My kids and my husband (when he doesn’t go to the VA). She absolutely been a God send and I absolutely love her. She listens to my family concerns and really try to get to

I can’t say enough good things about Premier Care Family Medicine. From the moment I sat down, she truly listened to me and made me feel heard. She explained exactly what was causing my pain in a way I could understand, and laid out a clear plan to help me heal and get back to feeling like myself again. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients, and that means the world when you’re not feeling your best. I left feeling hopeful, cared for, and grateful.

I had lost my doctor that I had been seeing for 8 yrs due to insurance conflict. So my wife got me in with Premier Healthcare so I could get back on top of my diabetes. I have had 2 visits. After the first visit, I called 3 times and never received a phone call back until it was time for my next visit, and then it was automated. So I was on my way to my 2nd visit and saw that after getting stuck in traffic that I was gonna be a little late. So I tried to call to let them know, because apparently if you don’t inform them that you’re gonna be late or if you can’t make the visit, they charge you a fee. So i tried to call, could not get anyone until the 3rd try, which was the remote answering service that’s not even in the office. I was told that she would get me in touch with the office,
