What a pleasant experience! Dr. Nagra is totally awesome along with all other physicians on board. I dealt with them all and super great experiences with NO COMPLAINTS. Definitely a pleasure rather than dealing with the WELLSPAN MONOPOLY.

Dr. Kauffman (Premier Ankle and Foot Specialists) and his office have been exceptional. He has been treating my mom for over a year. When she first went to Premier, she had some foot pain and needed frequent appointments. Dr. Kauffman was (and is) always patient, careful, friendly, and genuinely interested in her concerns. He chats with my mom to see how she’s doing and he really listens to her (and me) to determine what she needs. Additionally, the front office staff are always cheerful and helpful, e.g., at one visit, they informed me of some insurance restrictions pertaining to the number of days between appointments as well as primary care physician appointments–information I was grateful to get. I also want to share that I took my mom to Premier after 2 appointments with a different

I just learned that Dr Gill is leaving the practice. I wish her well. I use to take my Mother to see Dr Gill. Dr Gill provides top Notch care for my mother foot and toes items. Mother always enjoyed her time with the Dr. To the point where it didn’t feel like I was taking my Mother to the Drs for an appointment for her feet. I know often times we all sat and laughed about the time mother and I got stuck in the car wash at Loganville. Even tho my Mother had passed. I know in my heart that mother and I wish Dr Gill the best in the future. The practice is losing a great Dr. Thanks again for providing excellent care to my mother. 🍀

I will not recommend this place to anyone any more. Not only once but twice it happened to me and my wife. We had scheduled appointments with prof from the appointment cards we had but when we went in we had no appointments scheduled. This really upset me when it happened to my wife, she was going to cancer treatments and had reschedule and travel farther way to get one of her toe nails removed from the chemo treatment. This last time was the last draw not only once but multiple times this happened to us.

The first bunion surgery didnot go well; the big toe ended up being crooked, so a second surgery was performed 2 weeks later. My insurance was billed for the second surgery and my insurance paid!! I continued to pay copays until my doctor kept me coming back just so she could check the big toe for herself. I was not asked for copays during these visits. After she released me, I started getting statements for copays for the last several visits. I have called the bi.ling office to no avail. Beware, they are sneaky had place their running calls around 7PM so they can hassle you.
