This is a wonderful doctor but I don't know what's going on with front office been calling them for 3 weeks already to get refills on meds they don't answer phone they send me to leave voicemail and still haven't responded my calls or called in medicine hopefully this will get there attention soon 🧐🤔😞

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Saha for nearly two years, and my experience has been outstanding. The new office staff is excellent, providing prompt and professional service. I’ve never left without answers to my questions. Under Dr. Saha’s care, my health and quality of life have significantly improved. I highly recommend.

Waited months to see the doctor! The doctors office called me the day before that I would need to come in first thing in the morning because they made a scheduling error! When I saw the doctor finally! It lasted around 5 minutes! They prescribed me a medication that wasn’t approved so my insurance gave them other options and they still couldn’t even get that paperwork done correctly! Still haven’t received any care for my disease! The doctor isn’t the problem! The front desk sucks! If he paid for better employees he would be awesome!

Dr. Sahas is a great doctor. That is the only good thing I have to say. The staff is terribly unprofessional. It is nearly impossible to speak to anyone without going to the office. My appointments get rescheduled multiple times because the PAs are not available. Today I had a scheduled 745am telephone appointment. The call came at 720, which I was not expecting, and the message said please reschedule your missed appointment. How did I miss my appointment? Do they not teach how to tell time in school anymore? I've waited 2 months for this appointment and now I get to play phone tag for several days trying to reschedule it since they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!. It has been this way for years. Extremely annoying and frustrating. I guess you can get away with it when you're the only show i
