Extremely pleased! Fast and efficient eye exams, walk-in with no appointments needed. I was loyal to my eye dr office for years, once my dr retired I made the switch to Costco and so pleased I did! Staff extremely nice.

Kind, excellent service, speedy. I was there today for an eye exam, was a walk in patient & there was only one other person waiting so it was very quick. Also, had my 2 kids with me (one being a baby) & they were kind enough to hold the baby & watch my oldest while I was getting my exam completed. They were extremely kind & professional! Definitely recommend 100%

They were all so helpful and very knowledge of their eyeglasses and how the glasses should be worn properly. I did my shopping at Costco stopped in just to ask about getting an eye exam and before I knew it I had a new prescription and new glasses on the way. Took 30 minutes. I'm so glad I went there. Thank you

I had a great experience with the staff and optometrist at the Hanford optimist care department. My care and the speed of the complete exam was very fast and thorough. When urgent additional care was needed they quickly went above and beyond to help me find the immediate care that was needed.- thank you!!! .

The staff at Hanford Optometry are helpful and kind, however, be aware that this is a telehealth office. I made appts for my son and I months in advance to secure times on one of the few days that the doctor was present, in the flesh, in office. Much to my surprise, no phone call, etc, she was not in office after she was needed elsewhere and zoomed in via TV monitor in the appt room. This may be all fine and dandy for some, but for my family and I, we don't want to settle for telehealth appts that cost the same as in-person. We finished our exams reluctantly that day but will not be returning. Each patient that came in after us had the same reaction. It appeared upon our initial appt that this doctor is spread much too thin and trying to maximize multiple offices.
