Doctor will do as much as possible to not see patient. When you are lucky enough to go in (or sick enough?) doctor will talk to you like you are a kid. They are not professional. Doctor does not care to go over blood results with patient, even if these results require attention. I would not come back to this doctor.

Dr. Pandya and his nurses take exceptional care of you. I have struggled for years in finding a provider who takes a personal interest in my health concerns and genuinely listens to my experience. The bedside manner is unlike any other that I’ve experienced in the Midland/ Odessa area. Dr. P will see you regardless of how unwell or well you are feeling with compassionate care for your recovery and well-being. This clinic is your go to place for urgent visits and regular check ups. (:

The doctor is amazing! He listens to your symptoms and follows up with tests and blood work if necessary. The 2-Star is for the lady upfront who provides poor customer service and is rude! She says things so loud that other patients can hear all your business....so much for HIPPA!

It's been a hassle to be seen here these last few times I've tried to go. They didn't accept the BCBS ppo insurance I had. I basically switched plans to HMO... but my son can't be seen this time because the insurance appointed me a PCP... and they cannot see me because another dr is on my card. My son has a sinus infection but yet I was told he would need blood work... and it'll be 200$... 170 if he didn't need blood work. Nearly impossible to see this dr nowadays... find another clinic people. This one definitely isn't how it used to be.
