Preferred Dental Care

My experience with Preferred Dental Care has been extremely frustrating, mostly because of the front office staff and the unacceptable conditions in the office. I went there a couple of times in July and the temperature inside was unbearable. The AC was clearly set extremely high, close to 80 degrees, and people throughout the office were sweating. What stood out the most was that the employees working in the back — the nurses and dental staff — were sweating and openly complaining about how hot it was. Several of them even mentioned that this happens all the time. When I politely asked the front desk if they could lower the temperature, they insisted it was already set low and acted like there was no problem, even though staff in the back were clearly uncomfortable. Update: Two weeks later (Dec 17 2025) I got a temporary crown and filled a cavity. Easy experience and Dr. Azbel made sure I was ok during the process. Very efficient and very minimal discomfort. Two weeks after that (today Dec 31 2025) I got my permanent crown and had a cleaning with Eli (pronounced Ellie). Crown installation was easy. Eli was great and the easiest cleaning I’ve ever had. No sales talk at any point today and appointment made for 6 months (not 2 months as a previous dentist tried). Continued to be impressed by this office and how nice everyone is! My experience at Preferred Dental was absolutely wonderful. The staff made me feel so comfortable and cared for. Dr Lipkin was incredibly kind and took her time to explain things to me thoroughly. I’m so happy to have found a dentist I feel good about going to.

Dr Viktor and the staff at Preferred Dental Care have always been so efficient and nice. Dr Viktor is always gentle in his work and demeanor. He also has a great sense of humor. I’ve been coming here for years and always have a great experience. I never actually mind going to the dentist since I found this place.
