Hi Erica from the office staff. Let me let you in on a little something. If your boss, Dr. Saran, is on ZocDoc, it is- IN FACT your job to access the site and find our insurance. Now, me being a CNA, I completely understand how inconvenient that is, having to actually log in and look at your new patients info, such a hassle! (sense my sarcasm?) I can understand how sometimes authorizing insurance can be difficult, but I will not accept your nasty attitude. To recap, this appointment was made three days prior to your phone call about the insurance. That means you had three whole days to verify our insurance and call us with any issues. highly recommend doctor Saran.She is very lovely. Well behaved. Professional doctor. I go all the way union city to Bayonne just because of her nice behavior. ( I have seen other doctors too who think they r God if they have degree but she is not like that)

Highly recommend her. During my first appointment with her she definitely took her time with me and seemed interested in my concerns as a patient. I feel very comfortable with her.

Cold and impersonal! Refused to provide any treatment despite progressively worsening symptoms for months. Took almost 2 weeks to send referral letters that I had to practically beg for, but wrote them out to random doctors in another city. Listed my diagnosis as an infection, yet no medication was prescribed at all. 🤦‍♀️
