Dr. Smith is amazing. She’s polite and kind and listens to her patients. Her office staff is equally amazing. Sometimes the best things are small and mighty.

AMAZING! I was on vacation and had a hard lens contact get stuck in my eye. Within 10 minutes I had insurance filed, info completed by the tech and saw the dr - all of whom were extremely nice and friendly! They made a very painful and scary experience a unique and kind memory of my trip. Thank you so very much!! ❤️ I’d chose them as my eye Dr if I lived here :)

Dr. Mandi and her staff are absolutely amazing!!! I moved to the coast from TX 3 years ago and hated to leave my optometrist back home but so thrilled I found the perfect replacement! I have absolutely horrible vision (-10😬) so going to the dr. Causes to much stress and anxiety. The time had finally come, with my increasing astigmatism, the contact brand I have loved for 20 years no longer made my prescription. Dr. Mandi and her sidekick Karen have been so amazing and accommodating to fit me for new brands and their patience and kindness did not go unnoticed. Everyone is so kind and they go above and beyond to fit you in their schedule and take good care of you! I definitely recommend this office to everyone I know.

I have three kids I work 40 plus hours a week and I was told I would have to take two days off of work because they could only schedule two patients at a time. I asked what the difference between me scheduling them two different days vs one day so I wouldn’t have to miss work two different days and was told that’s their rules because when someone cancels it takes up too many of their time slots and they are wasted. So now apparently because of someone else canceling others have to suffer for it. Nice job driving customers with multiple children away! Cindy and Ashley who schedule relayed this information to me.

I started seeing Dr. Smith when she was down in the area of the Gulfport courthouse and I been going to her every since the staff there was great and the staff where she is located now is great and as far as the wait time I can knock on wood it has never been a very long wait now anywhere you go you can expect to wait a little while you not gone sit down in a seat and expect to be called as soon as your bottom touches the seat.patient is a virtual.to Dr.Smith and the staff keep doing what you are doing.and that’s your best and that’s all you can do.you can’t please everybody in one day.
