I am a new patient to Precision and am very pleased with my treatment so far. I was seen by my physician and we discussed a treatment plan and within two weeks we started facet joint injections to mask pain in my neck. So far it is working but I’m not optimistic with this as a final treatment. Looking forward to meeting with my physician to discuss ongoing treatment

Wonderful experience. The nurses were great from start to finish. They were so kind. I have terrible veins and they were patient and able to start an IV for me. The doctor was sweet and she explained my procedure from start to finish.

Dr. Duane Griffith and staff were extremely professional and caring. From intake to release, everyone was outstanding. The procedure was painless and I felt 95% better within 24 hours. I was sent a text message and a payment link a week prior to my appointment to check in and pay for my visit. I did that and I received confirmation of my check in and my payment for my upcoming appointment. Then I came to my appointment and was told that I hadn't checked in and I would need to pay in order to be seen. I let the person know that I had did both of those things and had proof of both of those things. I was told very clearly I did not do those things period. I was not even asked to see what proof ahead did that I had previously paid and checked in. Because I was in pain, I went ahead and checked in again but I left all my credit card information blank and put pay in office. But as soon as I checked in I was called to the back where the practitioner began to dress me down and t
