Precision Pharmacy has been excellent to work with. The medication they compound for me was recently reformulated and the improvement is significant. The previous version had a very strong odor and tended to separate, which made it harder to use consistently. The current formulation is smooth, uniform, and much easier to apply, which has made a noticeable difference in my ability to stay consistent with treatment. Their service has also been great. Communication is prompt, staff are friendly when I call, and the prescription process has been straightforward. Delivery has been very fast as well—usually next day and never more than a couple of days—and everything has always arrived well packaged and in good condition. My medication was very expensive at Walgreens, this pharmacy worked directly with my doctor to find an alternative that was more affordable for me. I didn't have to call the doctor's office at all, they handled everything for me :) if I could give more stars, I would!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
