Booked a massage with ClassPass. Called and texted when I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment as the business seemed empty. The text messages showed "delivered" to an iPhone, and then the person accidentally called me back, and promptly hung up. I waited, texted some more, and received an automated text notification from ClassPass that my appointment would have to be rescheduled at 12:59, for my 1:00 appointment. The business owner had ample time and opportunity to communicate that they were unavailable or had mistakenly missed the reservation. Unfortunately I can’t leave a review on ClassPass since the appointment was canceled, but I think it should be noted somewhere to take caution when booking here that you may drive there and find your appointment not happening. I’d have accepted

Precious is Amazing!!! Booked a Sunday Spa Day before the Janet Jackson concert and baaaabeee!! Her hands are definitely Precious! My neck and shoulders feel amazing! Thank you!! Visiting from out of town and got a great massage!
