Noelle in the billing department is ill-mannered. I have never spoken with someone who does not want to do their job. I have been calling to get a billing discrepancy handled from 2024 and Noelle insist on having patients do her job. I will never recommend this facility if it means that I have to deal with Noelle in billing. She constantly cuts you off and makes you feel like an idiot for asking questions as if I have worked in the medical field for over 20 years. If my insurance sent a payment and you guys cannot find it. How is it my job to help you locate the payment. I have asked Noelle to call provider services to get the check number instead she screams for me to call the claims department. How can a member call the claims department. I had the misfortune of visiting Praxis Physical Therapy, and let me tell you, it was an experience I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. First off, the therapist was about as helpful as a broken crutch. They also seem to have a strange aura about them that made the whole session uncomfortable. To add insult to injury, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, they had absolutely no record of it. It was as if my appointment never existed in their world. The disorganization and lack of communication were beyond frustrating, leaving me questioning whether this place even knows how to run a business. Great Physical therapists. Have been there over 12xs for different occasions. Receptionist is bad. Liz has a hard time pulling up your information and messing up schedules. My appointments were moved twice without me knowing and without the physicians knowledge. So when I’ve showed up, I wasn’t scheduled even though it was written on the small scheduling card they give you. When you call to make an appointment, be ready for the “I want to clock out already” attitude.

Excellent place to get your physical therapy needs met. Nothing fancy or state of the art, but the team knows what they're doing and if you do your part, you'll see results. Liz is a doll at the front desk. You feel at home. I highly recommend.
