It was an excellent service, Dr. Natt is an amazing doctor with a heart of gold! They treated me and my fur baby so well, and helped my baby when she felt ill. These doctors in this facility are absolute angels! Thank you so much for all of the hard work!

My husband and I brought our little man Lucas (2.5 year old cat) in after an early morning bout of vomiting followed by lethargy. When he didn’t wake us up demanding to be fed as is our routine, we knew something was wrong. After calling his usual vet and having no luck, I came across this clinic. They were able to squeeze us is in between scheduled appointments, thank goodness. Our little Lucas was running a fever and was pretty dehydrated. The team was able to get him on fluids, an antibiotic shot, anti nausea med, and blood work/x-ray in record speed. I felt that my baby boy received the highest level of care, and we were given updates throughout the whole visit. I have been bringing my senior cat Audrey to Prairie State Animal Hospital for 3 years. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and prices are reasonable compared to other vets in the area. I am able to get in and out for my appointments within 20-30 minutes, which is super convenient for me to be able to bring my cat during my lunch break. On a recent visit, my cat’s platelet count was unable to be read, and the office retested at no charge. I highly recommend Prairie State for kitty care!

Just wanted to say thank you to the kind staff here. I put my cat pepper of 19 years down here. The staff were very compassionate. They have the most reasonable rates in the area. They also sent me a handwritten card for my loss. That meant a lot. If I get another pet, I definitely will be back to have them as my regular vet.

This was our first time bringing our dog to this vet and we were pleasantly surprised at the service. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel welcomed!
